Pentland Property Services Ltd transformed an existing veterinary clinic and an adjacent former garden centre into a large, purpose‑built 24‑hour veterinary practice, creating a modern clinical environment tailored to the needs of a busy veterinary team.
The project included structural alterations to integrate the two buildings into a single, cohesive facility, alongside upgrades to the building fabric and services. A power supply upgrade was also delivered in readiness for the future installation of a CT scanner, supporting the practice’s long‑term diagnostic ambitions.
Pentland worked in close coordination with architects, Building Control, veterinary practice teams, and specialist clinical equipment supply and installation contractors to manage the complexity of the transformation and ensure full compliance.
The result was a significantly enhanced veterinary facility, delivered on programme, providing high‑quality clinical accommodation and supporting round‑the‑clock patient care.
